1 Background heating for all year use

2 Two main activity rooms approx. 16 * 20 ft. which have timber framed walls, period window frames, oak beamed ceiling and open brick fireplace. There are small tables and comfortable chairs suitable for informal gatherings, training and small group workshops etc.

3  Kitchen area with electric cooker and fridge

4 Male , Female and Disabled flush toilets.

5 Outside paved courtyard approx. 20 * 20 ft

6 Outside walled in grass activity area approx. 20 * 40 ft

7 Additional larger hall approx. 20* 30 ft

Bells Farm Location

Situated  on the southern edge of the city of Birmingham, in the ancient parish and royal manor of King's Norton, which formed part of the County of Worcester until 1911.  Within easy reach of the midlands motorway network and just over the road from  the  terminus of the local No. 50 bus service from Birmingham city centre it is only a short walk from open fields yet only six miles from the city
